When you know you need to move your body…but don’t want anything too hard, no special outfit, no equipment, and no big performance. Just something easy. ☺️ I did one round of this list because I wasn’t looking for a full workout. I was at the beach with friends and my dogs and I just needed a quick reset to wake up my body.
