I did one round of this list because I wasn’t looking for a full workout. I was at the beach with friends and my dogs and I just needed a quick reset to wake up my body.
This spontaneous routine (7 moves) gave me the energy shift I needed.
✔️ 20x Squat Jumps
✔️ 10x Lateral to Knee (each)
✔️ 20x Trunk Twists
✔️ 20x Body Waves
✔️ 60x Punches
✔️ 20x Golf Swings
✔️ 10x Push-Ups
