Zero alcohol is better for you than any alcohol. Yet, we are still having conversations about how much is too much.
The answer is any amount. The industry spent billions convincing you that a little poison is fine , just like big tobacco did for decades. We will soon laugh at wine health claims the same way we laugh at 1950s cigarette ads.
The science isn't debatable anymore. Comment "guide" to stop believing the marketing.
