8x Deadlift
6x Cleans
8x Front Squat
6x Presses
10x Swings
Set a timer for 15 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible
Grab 2 kettlebells( I used 24kgs), try it out, and see how many rounds you can get through before you collapse.
