I came up with this recipe – simple, colorful, and full of grounding energy.

Ingredients:
- Arugula
- Boiled beetroot
- Roasted butternut squash
- Red beans
- Pumpkin seeds
- Pomegranate seeds
- Pumpkin oil
- Grated Parmesan
How to make it:
1. Roast the butternut squash until golden and tender.
2. Mix it with boiled beetroot and red beans while still slightly warm.
3. Add arugula, pumpkin seeds, and pomegranate seeds.
