Luca RiedlINNER AND OUTER FREEDOM
Freedom goes beyond simply doing what you want; it means breaking free from both the inner and outer barriers that hold you back.
Inner freedom comes from within, by releasing negative thoughts, fears, and self-doubt. Imagine living without constantly worrying about what others think or being held back by insecurities. Achieving inner freedom involves letting go of these mental chains and finding peace with who you are in this moment.
It begins with awareness. Notice the thoughts that cross your mind—are they helping or hindering you? When you spot negative patterns, pause and question them. Are they truly valid? Do they serve you? By challenging these thoughts, you begin to free yourself from their grip and open up to more positive, empowering beliefs.
Outer freedom involves how you navigate life. This means making choices that align with your true values and desires, rather than following someone else’s script. Creating a life that reflects your true self, even if it means going against the norm, is a key aspect of outer freedom.
This type of freedom requires action. It might involve setting boundaries, saying no to what doesn’t serve you, or finally pursuing that passion project. Taking control of your life and directing it in a way that feels authentic to you, regardless of external expectations, is crucial.
Inner and outer freedom are closely connected. The more you free yourself internally, the more empowered you’ll be to make bold choices in your external life. As you shape a life that’s true to you, you’ll find that your inner world becomes more peaceful and aligned.
