Spend a week using only the technology that was available 20 years ago. This means no smartphones, modern computers, or advanced gadgets. Instead, use old cell phones, desktop computers, or other technology from that era.

Each day, write about your experiences, challenges, and any interesting observations.

Find creative ways to work around limitations you encounter.

End of Challenge (Day 7)

Return to using modern technology.
