Extended Endurance (30 Minutes)
Push your limits further by standing for 30 minutes. Concentrate on relaxation and mental focus during this half-hour challenge.
Near the Goal (45 Minutes)
Approach the hour mark by standing for 45 minutes. This duration tests your resilience and determination towards completing the hour challenge.
Achieve the Hour (60 Minutes)
Finally, aim to stand on the Nail Board for a full hour, completing the challenge. Focus on maintaining balance, mental fortitude, and experiencing the sensations throughout this hour-long period.
Prepare the Space: Find a safe and quiet place to set up the Sadhu Board, ensuring it's stable and won't move.
Step onto the Board: To balance weight evenly and prevent strain on one foot, you can use a sturdy chair or stand up slowly from a seated position for support. This method maintains balance and avoids placing excessive pressure on a single foot during the challenge.
Finding Balance: Try to maintain your balance and stand comfortably while letting your body adjust to the sensations on the board.
Staying Mindful: Focus on your breath and pay attention to the feelings and thoughts that arise while standing on the board for the entire hour.
Relaxation Techniques: Practice deep breathing or visualizing a calming scene to help relax while standing on the board.
Listen to Your Body: If you experience excessive discomfort or pain, it's advisable to step off the board before completing the hour.
