Steps:

Sight

Dedicate a day to focus solely on sight. Notice colors, shapes, and details in your surroundings. Avoid using other senses.

Hearing

Spend another day tuning into sounds without relying on sight. Listen closely to various noises, conversations, and music.

Touch

Engage your sense of touch by experiencing textures, temperatures, and sensations without using your other senses.

Taste

Consciously savor and identify flavors, textures, and sensations through food or drink.

Smell

Devote a day to perceiving scents, fragrances, and odors without depending on other senses.
