Steps:

Choose a Safe Environment (1 Day Before)

Select a safe and familiar environment for the challenge, such as your home or a friend's place.

Find a Companion

Arrange for a trusted friend or family member to be with you during the challenge to guide and assist you.

Prepare Activities (Day of Challenge)

Plan safe activities you can do while blindfolded, like walking, identifying objects, or simple household tasks.

Blindfolded Experience (Challenge Day)

Spend a few hours blindfolded, relying on your sense of touch, hearing, smell, and taste.

Reflection and Discussion (Immediately After)

After the challenge, discuss your experience with your companion. Reflect on what you learned and felt.
